THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES INITIATED THE REZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES WITHIN THE LIMITS OF THE TOWN OF GRAND LAKE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2006 MASTER PLAN.

THERE ARE SEVEN (7) SECTIONS OF THE TOWN THAT ARE PROPOSED TO BE REZONED.

The following section will be updated as sections of the Town are proposed to be rezoned. 

2006

Rezoning 1 was denied by the Board of Trustees (Ordinance 24-2006).  After this rezoning, the Planning Commission and Board of Trustees reviewed the rezoning map and made amendments.  It will start the rezoning process again in the spring of 2007.

2007

Rezoning 1 was approved by the Board of Trustees (Ordinance 6-2007).
