Lakefront Park is a park located on the north shores of Grand Lake. The Park consists of a municipal parking lot and the Town of Grand Lake's Lake Avenue right-of-way. The park extends from Hancock Street to the east to Ellsworth Street to the west.
The park is mostly developed on the east side which consists of public restroom facilities, a sandy beach, grassy areas with picnicking shelters and ample seating for lake viewing. Headwaters Marina, the public boat docks as well as a large fishing pier are located in Lakeside Park.
The west end of the park has been left mostly undeveloped but contains picnic tables and grills along with a large open area ideal for bring-your-own horseshoes or volleyball. Additionally, a non-motorized boat dock in nestled into the hillside to allow for users to launch into Grand Lake while not interfering with other users. The public gazebo, donated to the Town of Grand Lake, serves as quite place for mountain and lake viewing.
