Welcome to Grand LakeThe Town of Grand Lake is a statutory municipality of the State of Colorado incorporated in June 1944. The Town is governed by a Board of Trustees consisting of a mayor and six trustees, elected by popular vote for four year terms. The Board determines policies, enacts local legislation, adopts budgets and appoints the Town Manager, Town Clerk and Town Treasurer.
NOTICE: The snowmobile trail from Town to the north and south supply trail area is currently closed where it goes through Rocky Mountain National Park (from Golf Course Road to CR 491). The trail goes through a wetlands area and the Park Service has closed it temporarily to protect the wetlands from damage. The Park Service will reopen the trail when it is safe to do so.
