Thanks to a grant awarded by the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) the Town of Grand Lake has contracted the affordable housing experts at Cappelli Consulting to explore feasibility and site options for a mixed-use housing development to be located at 600 Mary Drive.
