The Town of Grand Lake offers residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their water utility bill online. Please visit our online portal for the following services: 

• View & pay your water bills online
• Sign up for auto pay so you never miss a payment
• Go paperless with electronic bills
• Get email or text reminders when a payment is due
• Change your address
• Multiple water accounts signed up under the same email will be in one place to view

• Please use your entire account number, including the zeros at the end.
• Account numbers are 9 digits long.
• Do not use the period.
• For the account name, please use the last name on the account or just the 1st word or your business name (ie: John Doe should be entered as Doe; ABC Drive, LLC should be entered as ABC).
