Grand Lake Town Hall

The Town Hall building is home to the administrative offices for the Town Manager, Administrative Assistant, Community Development Director, Code Enforcement, Bookkeeper, Clerk and Treasurer. It also houses the board room where the Board of Trustees holds regular meetings on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month (for more information about meetings, please visit the Meetings page) and the historic Community House, a rustic meeting house built in 1922 that now hosts events like weddings, theater performances, comedy nights, craft shows and more (for information about how to rent the Community House for your event, please visit the Facility Rentals page). 

Location

Town Hall is located at 1026 Park Avenue in downtown Grand Lake (between Garfield and Pitkin streets, next to the Juniper Library and behind the Community House.) 

Hours

Town Hall is open for public services Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The offices are closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
