Grand Lake Town Hall

Grand Lake's historic Town Hall building houses the administrative offices for the Town Manager, Treasurer, Clerk, Administrative Assistant, Bookkeeper, Code Enforcement and Planning. It also houses the board room where the Board of Trustees meets on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month (for more information about meetings, please visit the Meetings page) and the Community House, a theater facility built in 1922 that is now used for both public and private events including community workshops, weddings, live entertainment, film screenings, holiday events and more (for more information, please visit the Facility Rentals page). 

Location

Town Hall is located at 1026 Park Avenue in downtown Grand Lake (between Garfield and Pitkin streets, next to the Juniper Library and behind the Community House in Town Park) 

Hours

Town Hall is open for public services Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The offices are closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
