Located in Town Square Park on the south side of the Town Hall offices, the Community House has served several purposes over the years since its construction in the early 1900s. Currently owned by the Town of Grand Lake, the structure can be rented for a variety of public and private events year-round. The Community House includes use of a full kitchen, stage, screen with a projector (projector can be provided for an additional fee), restroom access and blackout shades. Eight round tables (seats 6 people each) and 50 chairs are included upon request (additional tables and chairs are available for an additional fee). WiFi access is not available. A $550 deposit is required upon application and is refundable if the Community House and kitchen are returned to their original condition, including trash removal, floors swept, kitchen cleaned, and no property damages. The Community House is handicap accessible. Stage equipment and lighting are not included. This is non-negotiable.
