Located in Town Square Park, attached to Town Hall, the Community House has served numerous purposes since its construction in the early 1900s.  The historic facility can be rented for both public and private events year-round. All rentals include use of the stage, restrooms, blackout shades, eight round tables (6-foot diameter) and 50 chairs. Use of the kitchen and A/V equipment available for additional fees. The Community House is handicap accessible. Click here to make a reservation online.

Rental Fees: $600/day - Private Function or Pecuniary Event; $300/day - Government, Non-Profits or Special District
Mandatory Damage/Cleaning Deposit: $500 (refundable)
Additional Fees (optional): $100 kitchen use fee, $200 use of A/V equipment

• No alcohol is allowed in Town Parks.
• The Community House is the only town facility that allows alcohol to be served during private events.
• Any event open to the public will need a Special Event Permit. Any event planning to sell alcohol will also require a Liquor License. 
• Clean up must be completed during the time rented. If the facility or structure is not left cleaned, the town will charge $50.00 per hour per staff member.
