Pay-As-You-Throw Trash (PAYT):
The PAYT trash program is designed to provide trash services for a variety of users in the Grand Lake area who may not subscribe to trash pick-up services. This self-service, drop-off facility is designated for pre-purchased bags ONLY. PAYT bags are sold at the following locations: Town Hall, Grand Lake Hardware, Grand Lake Center and Mountain Food Market (tax included in purchase price.) The drop-off facility is located across from the Post Office, behind the car wash (address: 601 Center Dr., Grand Lake, CO 80447). A map of the drop-off facility is also printed on the bags. **The Town of Grand Lake conducts an annual spring cleanup event in which rolloff dumpsters are provided for public disposal of large items (furniture, etc) at no cost.
