The Local Employee Residence Program (LERP) requires new residential developments of 5+ units to provide at least 10 percent of the units as housing for those who live and/or work in Grand County, and those who own a business within 10 miles of Grand Lake. The purpose of this program is to create and maintain a suitable stock of year-round attainable housing for local residents. The Town of Grand Lake is currently anticipating six new LERP units to become available.
