Point Park

Point Park Pier

The Town of Grand Lake aids in the management of this picturesque park, which is owned by the U.S. Forest Service (USFS). An easy, mostly-paved 0.25-mile trail loops through the park, which is situated on the channel connecting Grand Lake and Shadow Mountain Reservoir. The path is dotted with picnic pavilions and park benches, and hugs the water's edge with access points for paddling and fishing. Here you'll also find the iconic Point Park Pier showcasing gorgeous views of Baldy Mountain (Mt. Craig) making this a fabulous spot for family photos and wedding ceremonies! Restrooms are provided at the trailhead. Parking is limited. For more detailed information about this park, please visit the USFS - Point Park Picnic Site page here

**The Town of Grand Lake no longer takes private event reservations for this facility. Use is first come, first serve, only.**
